SHIPPING POLICY
UK Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
Standard UK delivery is generally completed within 1 to 3 working days following dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
Integra Aesthetics Pro ships to selected international destinations.
International delivery typically takes between 5 and 15 working days depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Customers are solely responsible for any:
* Customs duties
* Import taxes
* VAT charges
* Regulatory fees
* Clearance charges
These costs are not included within product prices or shipping fees.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been dispatched.
Delays
Integra Aesthetics Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
* Customs inspections
* Courier disruptions
* Weather conditions
* Public holidays
* Regulatory checks
* Circumstances outside our control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
Claims relating to damaged, missing, or lost deliveries must be reported within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
* Products must be unused
* Products must be unopened
* Products must remain in original packaging
* Products must be in a resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.
Non Returnable Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items are non returnable unless faulty:
* Sterile products
* Needles and cartridges
* Injectable products
* Opened medical devices
* Consumables
* Single use products
* Digital downloads
* Online training courses once accessed
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be requested before any refund or replacement is approved.
Where appropriate we may offer:
* Replacement product
* Store credit
* Full refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are normally completed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Training Courses
Training deposits are non refundable unless a course is cancelled by Integra Aesthetics Group Ltd.
Course transfers may be offered at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process must be followed.
